About Us

PCI History

Plano Cancer Institute was established in 2008 by Dr. Ruben Saez and Dr. Virginia Kinsella. The two physicians wanted to offer patients comprehensive, compassionate and collaborative care in a community oncology setting. They found this at The Texas Clinics at Prestonwood. PCI works closely with other physicians from multiple disciplines as well as a nurse navigator to provide our patients with an all encompassing care plan that they can receive all under one roof.
